4 years of neglect ! not to mention my bad English !

the best Pancake you will ever make !

Yes I'm super sure about it !

when i made it i was SO happy !

it's easy easy and EASY !!

make it ! don't think twice !

you will need 

2 cup of sifted self raising flour or A-P

2 Table spoon baking powder

2 Table spoon sugar

1/2 Tea spoon salt

2 cup buttermilk  ( this will make the diffident ! )

2 Eggs

2 Table spoon butter or veg-oil

- MIX dry Ingredients in mixing bowl ( Sifted flour + BP + sugar and salt )

- in a small bowl mix the  liquids ones ( Buttermilk + Eggs and butter or oil )

- in mixing bowl make the dry Ingredients in a  side and pour the liquids in the other side just like this ...

- MIX it but DO NOT mix it too much .. leave it for 5 mintes it's will be fluffy ..

- then start bake it :)

this will make about 12 pancakes .. a very tasty pancakes

For more than a month i was planing for my sweety's weaning plan .. but i just start it today !

can you believe it ! i did'nt even bought a highchair !

i was so going to bay a highchair or small seat this weekend  BUT i was in youtube watching a ( First spoonfuls video )  and ohhhh i couldn't wait for the weekend !

i just throw my plan a way !

I've took the carseat , bib and of course my canon !

she was existed !

i used a caw and gate fruity porridge ...

it smells good !

and we start .. i was so happy .. she liked it !

isn't she cute !!

im just waiting for the days to go on and on :)

Super Simple Chocolate Cake

good evening :)

Really this cake is testy and super super easy , even i  can make it looooooooooooool

i feel its kind of shortcut looooooool

you will need

1 cup of sugar

1 cup of water

1 cup of veg-oil

4 table spoon milk powder

4 table spoon chocolate powder

put them all in a blender and whirl then pure about a cup of this mix away :)

after that add to the blender ( with the rest of the mix ) 2 eggs and a vanilla hmmmm about tea spoon or little more then whirl :)

pour the mix on a bowl then add 1 cup of self raising flour ( all propose flour ) and 1 table spoon of baking powder and mix it with hand or hand mixer 

pour the mix in baking pin .. ive used tow 

bake for about 23 min , let them cool ...

do you remember that cup witch we put away ?

its the time to use it :) its the coating of this simple cake
